Hello! Welcome to Birthing Better Law. Over the last decade, I have dedicated most of my law practice to birth injury matters. In doing so, I recognized a gap that exists between the injuries suffered by mothers and babies and the legal options they have. This inequity in legal recourse led me to do more advocacy work to prevent these injuries from occurring in the first place and offer a better birth experience for expectant parents. Enter Birthing Better Law - educational consulting to fill this gap and take action steps to help heal a broken system. The current state of maternal healthcare in our country is atrocious but bad medical outcomes can occur absent wrongdoing. At Birthing Better Law we seek to give expectant parents the best chance at safe and positive birth experience.
